How do I track my package?
Our system will automatically send a confirmation email with a tracking button within 24 hours of payment being completed.We recommend that you also check your spam folder :) If you still haven't received the email, please feel free to contact us.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If your package has not been shipped, please contact online customer service to cancel.If your package has already been shipped, we recommend that you receive your package first and then submit a return and refund request for the items you do not want to keep.We do not recommend that customers directly reject the package to avoid further losses due to the inability to return the package.
Can I exchange the item I purchased?
You need to exchange a product within 2 days once the item is received. Please take in consideration:
1.Only size exchange is available.
2.Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed with the original brand tags and packaging intact.
3.Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties, waist trainers and body reducers.
4.In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
5.Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
I received a damaged/defective item.
Don't worry! Please submit your return request as normal.We may further ask you to provide pictures of the wrong/damaged/defective goods for verification in order to better assist you and find a satisfactory solution.
My order was canceled, why didn't I receive a refund?
For canceled items that are eligible for a refund, we will immediately initiate the refund process within 3-5 business days.If you pay by credit card, please note that processing may take an additional 3-7 business days.Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method, as processing times vary from financial institution to financial institution.
